Keita Balde could arrive at Inter from Monaco in the summer, hut only if Andrea Pinamonti is sold first.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that Pinamonti would first have to be offloaded before the Nerazzurri can consider pursuing other attacking targets in the transfer window.

Balde is thought to be high on the club’s list of possible targets among forward options, with the 26-year-old especially liked by Simone Inzaghi.

The Senegalese striker enjoyed a good relationship with Inzaghi while at Lazio, and the coach could seek a reunion at Inter during the upcoming season.

However, as it stands Pinamonti remains at the club as the fourth striker behind the likes of Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez, and Alexis Sanchez, and the club will only consider moving for a striker once a move away for the 22-year-old is found, with the player out of favour and the Giuseppe Meazza and several clubs interested.
