Inter are still considering the arrival of a left-sided player this summer, with Chelsea duo Emerson Palmieri and Marcos Alonso among their targets.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who report that Eintracht Frankfurt’s Filip Kostic and out-of-contract Crystal Palace left-back Patrick Van Aanholt are also in consideration.

The left side of the squad is an area that Inter would like to reinforce during the transfer window, with Ashley Young having left for Aston Villa and Ivan Perisic’s sale a possibility.

Even with Federico Dimarco’s return from loan with Hellas Verona, the club could still look to strengthen in the options available in the position to head coach Simone Inzaghi.

The Nerazzurri have not given up on the aforementioned Chelsea pair, or on either Kostic or Van Aanholt, although it remains to be seen whether any progress can be made on any of these targets and whether the club will be willing to be prioritize deals for them.
