Club Brugge are close to signing young Inter winger Tibo Persyn on loan for next season with an option to buy.

This according to Belgian news outlet Het Laatste Nieuws, who report that the Belgian club hope to officially close the deal today with the player scheduled for his medical with the club for this afternoon.

Persyn joined Inter’s youth sector from Club Brugge in 2018, but has never really established himself with the Nerazzurri, making just ten appearances with the Primavera side during the past season due to injuries.

The young winger will hope that a return to his former club will give him the opportunity to turn his fortunes around and get on track for a career in senior football.

The Nerazzurri, meanwhile, appear ready to part ways with the 19-year-old, with the option to buy signifying that they are not waiting for his development out on loan and would be happy to have him move to Club Brugge on a permanent basis.
