Inter midfielder Radja Nainggolan has received a proposal from Turkish champions Besiktas as they look to pip Cagliari to the former Belgium international.

According to L’Interista.it, the Istanbul-based club have offered Nainggolan a two-year contract worth €3 million per season, with terms not too dissimilar to his current arrangement at Inter.

Despite this, Nainggolan currently remains set on returning to former club Cagliari and will delay any decision until the possibility of a move to Sardinia becomes clearer over the coming days.

Inter are in negotiations with the Isolani over a deal for midfielder Nahitan Nandez and Nainggolan may be used as a makeweight, allowing him to return to the club he has spent most of the past two seasons at.

Alternatively, the former Roma midfielder is looking to reach a mutual agreement with Inter to terminate his contract a year in advance, leaving him as a free agent to complete a move elsewhere.
