Italian journalist Fabrizio Biasin has given updates on two important transfer situations between Inter and Cagliari.

The journalist explains in a Tweet that deals are not complete for either the move of Cagliari midfielder Nahitan Nandez to Inter nor for Radja Nainggolan’s move the other way, but that the feeling is that both deals are expected to be completed.

On the situation of Nandez, Biasin notes that the clubs are still trying to work out terms on an arrangement which would see the Uruguayan join Inter on loan initially as the Nerazzurri cannot afford to buy him permanently this summer, with some work still to be done to reach an agreement.

Nainggolan, meanwhile, is still an Inter player for now despite strong links to Cagliari for much of the window, with details still to work out in making his loan spell with the Rossoblu during the second half of last season permanent, but his move is also expected to be completed.

Biasin tweeted about the talks between clubs, “Interlocutory meeting between #Inter And #Cagliari for #Nandez (there is still distance, #Inter can only take him on loan) and #Nainggolan (#Cagliari hesitates). The parties will update. But since reality doesn’t pay, just read the following: #Inter#Cagliari, filters optimism.”
