Cagliari have made their position clear to Inter in talks over a potential transfer for Nahitan Nandez, with the Rossoblu only willing to accept Radja Nainggolan as part of an exchange deal.

This according to today’s print edition of Cagliari-based newspaper L’Unione Sarda, who report that the Rossoblu would consider a deal which sees the Nerazzurri paving the way for Nainggolan’s arrival on a permanent basis, but would not be interested in the likes of Lucien Agoume or Andrea Pinamonti covering part of Nandez’s valuation.

Cagliari have set the price tag for Nandez at around €30 million, with talks focusing on how much of the amount will be included as an initial loan fee and how much would be paid as part of an option to buy the player, possibly turned into an obligation triggered by a certain number of appearances made.

The Nerazzurri have considered offering players to help meet the valuation, but the Rossoblu would only consider an operation which involves Nainggolan’s arrival being financially covered by the Nerazzurri, with the two clubs not having been able to come to a final agreement on a move for the Belgian despite weeks of talks and the Sardinians wanting to get their man.
