Hector Bellerin’s agent is set to meet with Arsenal this week to try and convince the English club to accept Inter’s offer for the 26-year-old.

This according to Italian news outlet L’Interista, who report that the agent will fly to London on Thursday and will discuss the Spanish right-back’s future, hoping to change the Gunners’ stance as they are not currently willing to accept the Nerazzurri’s offer.

Bellerin is a top target in the Nerazzurri’s search for a right-sided player to take the place of Achraf Hakimi after the Moroccan was sold to Paris Saint-Germain, and he wants a move having agreed terms with Inter and made it known to his current club that he wants to leave.

However, negotiations between Inter and Arsenal are stalled, with the Gunners not yet thought to be prepared to accept the Nerazzurri’s proposal of taking the player on loan with an option to buy.

The player’s agent will make a final attempt to convince the Gunners to let the 26-year-old leave, with Spanish club Atletico Madrid also considering a move for him.
