Young Inter goalkeeper Filip Stankovic is set to complete his loan move away to Dutch Erste Divisie side Volendam today.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the 19-year-old Serb is all ready to be officially announced by the Dutch club.

Stankovic enjoyed a positive campaign in goal last season with the Primavera side, and a loan move away represents the next step in his development on the pitch, as he looks to get his first taste of senior football with the Erste Divisie team.

Volendam have already enjoyed success with a Nerazzurri youngster in the form of young striker Samuele Mulattieri, who showed excellent goalscoring form with the club on loan last season, and they will hope that Stankovic proves to be a similarly good fit at the club and succeeds to a similar degree as his fellow Nerazzurri youth product.
