Belgian winger Tibo Persyn is close to leaving Inter to join Club Brugge on loan with an option to buy.

This according to Belgian news outlet Nieuwsblad, who report that the 19-year-old has passed his medical with the Belgian champions and should be officially announced today.

Persyn joined the Nerazzurri from Brugge as a youth team player in 2018, but failed to make a significant impact at the Giuseppe Meazza.

The 19-year-old missed significant portions of the past season with the Primavera through injury, and he will hope that he can find a more fruitful environment for his development back at his boyhood club.

The young Belgian will hope to get his first taste of senior football with the Belgian side, while the Nerazzurri are not likely to have anything to do with the player in the future unless Brugge decide not to trigger their purchase option on the young player.
