Chelsea are prepared to offer €130 million for Inter striker Romelu Lukaku, with the English side also willing to make a deal which would include German striker Timo Werner plus cash.

This according to SportItalia transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla, who reports on his site that the Blues are targeting the Belgian striker, but that the Nerazzurri are not interested in selling him and that the player himself has no intention of leaving.

Chelsea are looking to bring in a striker during the summer transfer window, and have turned their attention to Lukaku after the 28-year-old’s impressive form during the past two seasons spent with the Nerazzurri.

Lukaku has already been a Chelsea player in the past, though he was eventually sold to Everton on a permanent basis before moving to Manchester United and then Inter.

The Belgian is happy in Milan and the Nerazzurri have made their stance clear on his situation, but the Blues look to be determined to move for him.
