S.P.A.L. have joined the list of clubs interested in bringing in Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti this summer.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Serie B side are admirers of the 22-year-old and would like to bring him in as they look to secure promotion back to the top flight.
Pinamonti is not thought to be a player in the Nerazzurri’s plans for next season, with the young striker having been on the margins under Antonio Conte, and not liked by his replacement as head coach SImone Inzaghi.
A number of clubs in Italy and elsewhere in Europe have expressed interest in the Italian’s signature, with newly-promoted side Empoli thought to be among the sides pursuing him most closely.
However, S.P.A.L. have now also joined the chase for the young Striker, though it remains to be seen if they can convince the player to drop down a division to Serie B.
