Spanish right-back Hector Bellerin wants to leave Arsenal, and Inter are set to go head to head with Atletico Madrid for him.

This according to US news outlet CBS, who report that the Gunners are still reluctant to accept the Nerazzurri’s offer to take the player on loan with an option to buy, preferring a permanent sale or at least a loan with a purchase obligation.

The Gunners are in talks with Bellerin’s agent, and are prepared to discuss his future with both the Nerazzurri and Atletico, although both suitors could struggle to make a financial offer for the 26-year-old which is satisfactory.

Both Inter and Atletico have so far indicated that they can only afford to bring the right-back in on loan this summer, with the Nerazzurri in particularly having clearly signalled that they are only interested in making loan signings this summer due to financial restrictions.

It remains to be seen whether the Gunners will relent and allow the player to leave on loan to either Atletico or Inter, with the player having already agreed terms with the latter, but the player has made it clear that he would like a move away.
