Former Inter manager Antonio Conte is considering a position as a commentator on Champions League matches for Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Italian tactician is weighing up his future after departing the Nerazzurri and could go into broadcasting.

Conte enjoyed success with the Nerazzurri, helping to deliver the club its first Scudetto in eleven years during the past season, but the 51-year-old made the decision to leave the club at the beginning of the club over a difference of opinions in the direction of the club.

The Nerazzurri brought in ex-Lazio head coach Simone Inzaghi as Conte’s replacement, while the Italian has been without a position despite reported talks with European clubs including Real Madrid and Tottenham to take over for next season.

Should Conte take a position as a commentator for Champions League matches, then he could likely end up on the call for matches involving his former club Inter as well as other former clubs Juventus and Chelsea.
