Inter will appoint former Spezia Sporting Director Gianluca Andrissi in a role monitoring young Nerazzurri players on loan.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Director will be given the task of reporting back on the conditions and progress of all players on developmental loans, with the club hoping to get the best out of their young players.

Andrissi has previously held positions at clubs including Monza and Spezia, and overseen the development of talents including Matteo Pessina and Samuele Mulattieri.

The Italian is set to be brought in to ensure that the young players who the Nerazzurri send out on loan are on the right track in their development, and his appointment could ensure that players such as Samuele Mulattieri at Crotone, Lorenzo Pirola and Michele Di Gregorio at Monza, and Zinho Vanheusden at Genoa can see their talent realized fully next season.
