Inter and Cagliari still have a small financial gap to close if Nahitan Nandez is to get his move to the Nerazzurri this summer, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, there is a €2 million difference between the two clubs as it stands, but a decisive meeting will be held on Monday which is expected to iron out any issues.

The overall transfer fee for Inter after the loan is expected to be €26 million, but the discrepancy is to do with the extra fee for the one-year loan. Cagliari would want €5 million and Inter wants to pay €3 million.

The meeting on Monday is expected to finalise the official side of the agreement and then the player can arrive in Milan to have his medical and sign the contracts.

The Uruguayan has already agreed on a €3 million per year salary.
