Inter striker Lautaro Martinez would prefer to move to a Spanish side than Arsenal this summer if he were to leave the club, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by FcINternews, Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid are the favoured destinations of Lautaro Martinez. They appeal to him much more than a move to Arsenal in the Premier League.

The possibility of Lautaro Martinez leaving the club is becoming increasingly likely with Inter yet to properly negotiate with him over the expensive contract he wants to receive.

This has put various clubs on high alert with Arsenal particularly interested. Lautaro Martinez is wary though of joining Arsenal and missing out on Champions League football. He also would not fit the system that is used by Mikel Arteta very well.

Clubs such as Chelsea and Manchester City are viewing Lautaro Martinez as a second option if moves for Erling Braut Haaland and Harry Kane fail.
