Inter transfer target Nahitan Nandez will be returning to Cagliari very soon as his holiday comes to an end, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media today.
As has been reported on the TV channel Sky Sport in Italy, the Uruguayan midfielder will be back in Sardinia in the next couple of days where he will presumably continue to train and prepare for the new season with Cagliari.
The 25-year-old is incredibly close to moving to Inter so he will be disappointed an agreement was not completely struck by the two clubs whilst he was on holiday. The discrepancy in the deal is over the fee for the one-year loan part of the deal.
Inter want to pay €3 million for that element, but Cagliari are asking for €5 million. Personal terms and the final transfer fee are already all agreed on so that is now the only sticking point of the transfer.
