Inter winger Valentino Lazaro has returned to full training with his Nerazzurri teammates this week.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Austrian has fully recovered from his positive COVID-19 test, and is working with the squad and head coach Simone Inzaghi in pre-season training.

Lazaro had tested positive for COVID earlier last month, whereupon he was immediately put into isolation before interacting with the rest of the squad, but he has now made a full recovery.

The 25-year-old has been linked with a move away this summer, with the player not in Inzaghi’s plans for next season and a number of clubs thought to be interested.

However, no move has yet come for Lazaro, and he is back with his teammates in full training, and could well be a part of the squad for next season, in which case he should be fully prepared.
