Inter are set to pay a substantial portion of midfielder Radja Nainggolan’s wages as he goes out on loan to Cagliari, and this will convince the Rossoblu to agree to the Nerazzurri’s terms on a deal for Nahitan Nandez.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset, who report that the Nerazzurri will contribute a total amount of €3 million gross to the payment of Nainggolan’s wages, while Nandez will arrive at Inter on an initial €2 million loan fee with the rest of his valuation to be covered should the Nerazzurri exercise the purchase option.

Talks have been ongoing on the transfers of both players, with both clubs searching for the right formulas to allow the players to make their desired moves within financial restrictions, and now an agreement is close which coordinates both deals.

By covering a substantial portion of Nainggolan’s wages, the Nerazzurri make the Belgian’s signing more feasible for the Rossoblu, while the Rossoblu have agreed to a small loan fee with the Nerazzurri looking to restrict spending this summer.

With both clubs seemingly happy with the finances involved in both deals, it looks as though the end of both transfer sagas may be in sight.
