Young Inter striker Eddie Salcedo is a target for Serie B side Reggina, with the club looking to reinforce their attack for next season.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the 19-year-old could make the switch this summer.

Salcedo arrived back at the Giuseppe Meazza this summer after a loan spell with Hellas Verona, though it hasn’t been immediately clear what his future hold with several clubs thought to be interested in him.

Reggina have joined the list of clubs chasing his signature, with the Calabrian club having already signed one Inter player this summer by signing 23-year-old Honduran striker Rigoberto Rivas on a permanent basis, and they could hope to bring in another in the form of Salcedo.

It remains to be seen whether the 19-year-old would be willing to accept a move to the Serie B side, and more should be seen during the rest of the window.
