Argentine striker Joaquin Correa is waiting for a move away from Lazio, with Inter among the clubs who could sign him.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the 26-year-old is liked by Inter coach Simone Inzaghi.

However, the Nerazzurri could face competition for his signature from Premier League side Everton the report continues.

Inter are considering bringing in a striker during the summer transfer window, and Correa’s profile could be the right fit, with Inzaghi having successfully worked with the Argentine for several seasons while in charge at Lazio.

The player has indicated to the Biancocelesti that he wants a move away, though for the moment he is still training with the squad and coach Maurizio Sarri, and could still be used in the Italian tactician’s system next season.

The Toffees have also expressed indications in bringing Correa in this summer, though it remains to be seen whether they would be able to beat the Nerazzurri to his signature.
