Inter and Cagliari are still in talks over Radja Nainggolan and Nahitan Nandez, with the two clubs yet to overcome the distance on fees and reach an agreement for either player.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the hope of both clubs is to finalize both deals by the weekend, but that the distance remains in negotiations.

For Nandez, the Nerazzurri are offering a €2 million loan fee up front plus an option to buy worth €20 million plus add-ons, and they are also offering to pay Radja Nainggolan a severance of €3 million to cover part of his wages to facilitate his joining Cagliari.

The Rossoblu, for their part, want €4 million for the initial loan fee for Nandez, with €21 million plus add-ons to take the deal up to a potential €30 million, and they also want more of Nainggolan’s salary to be covered by a severance.

The will from both clubs is still towards closing on both teams, but it remains to be seen if they can reach an agreement.
