Chelsea have made two offers to Inter to try and get the signing of Romelu Lukaku, one for €105 million cash plus Davide Zappacosta, and the other around €115 million without the inclusion of any players.

This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who reports on his homepage that the player is ready for to make the switch, and the English club hope to get the deal over the line soon.

The Nerazzurri rejected Chelsea’s first two offers, but the European champions have been preparing an improved offer, and their bid has now arrived.

With the player having agreed to a move to Samford Bridge, the deal will go through should Inter accept any offer from the Blues.

The report continues by saying that Nerazzurri are not likely to accept the offer including Zappacosta, as they are more inclined to a purely cash offer and wish to pursue higher-priority targets than the Italian on the right.

With the offer, it now appears as though the deal is one step closer to becoming a reality, and pending the Nerazzurri’s acceptance the player will depart for the Premier League.
