Inter midfielder Radja Nainggolan increasingly looks set for a move to Turkish side Besiktas rather than Cagliari.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Belgian’s talks with the Istanbul-based club have taken off in the last days.

Nainggolan has been expected to depart from Inter for much of the summer with talks ongoing between the Nerazzurri and Cagliari over a deal for months, but it now appears that the avenue to join Besiktas has become clear and they are the likelier destination than the Rossoblu for the 33-year-old.

The Turkish side have made an approach in the past few days where they have stepped up their interest in the Belgian, and he is receptive to their interest.

It remains to be seen whether talks can continue all the way to a deal for the player, but for now the Turks look to be the likeliest suitor to finalize a deal for his signature.
