With Romelu Lukaku set to complete a move to Chelsea, Inter will look to sign two strikers to replace him, with Real Madrid’s Luka Jovic amongst the options.

According to L’Interista.it, the Nerazzurri have prioritised Atalanta’s Colombian international Duvan Zapata as a direct replacement for Lukaku, but will also seek a second addition as coach Simone Inzaghi bolsters his attack.

Jovic has struggled to make an impact since joining Real Madrid from Eintracht Frankfurt in 2019 and returned to his former club on loan last season, giving Inter hope of being able to strike a deal for him.

Alternatively, the Nerazzurri will renew their interest in Roma striker Edin Dzeko after coming close to signing him in an exchange deal in January, with Alexis Sanchez set to have gone the other way.

Dzeko fell out of favour at the Stadio Olimpico last season after a dispute with former coach Paulo Fonseca, and Inter hope to secure him in addition to Zapata this summer.
