Inter are working out the final details of a deal for Roma striker Edin Dzeko with the Giallorossi.

This according to Italian news outlet la Repubblica, who report that Nerazzurri CEO Beppe Marotta hopes to bring the Bosnian in on a free transfer, while the Giallorossi are still demanding a fee.

With Roma’s asking price €4 million it is expected that the two clubs will come together on a nominal fee of €2 million in order to close the deal.

Contacts are ongoing between the two club and in a very advanced stage, with a deal set to be completed in the next few days, with the player possibly undergoing his medical on Wednesday.

The 35-year-old is waiting for the all-clear that a deal has been agreed and then he will travel to Milan to finish up his move to the Nerazzurri, where he has agreed a two-year deal worth a net of €5 million per season.
