Torino centre-forward Andrea Belotti is not among the players who Inter are considering in their search for attacking players after the sale of Romelu Lukaku.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that the 27-year-old is not thought by the club to have the right profile to replace the Belgian in the attack.

The Nerazzurri are hard at work searching for another player to add to the attacking rotation after looking to have nearly wrapped up the signing of Roma’s Edin Dzeko, and a number of names have emerged on their list.

Atalanta’s Duvan Zapata and Lazio’s Joaquin Correa are thought to be two of the players most strongly considered by the club, but despite reports that he was being tracked, Belotti is not a player who Inter have any plans of bringing in.

With Lukaku close to the exit door, the Nerazzurri’s strategy for replacing him will revolve around bringing in multiple players, and focusing on giving players with the right technical characteristics for manager Simone Inzaghi to call upon.
