Roma Give Edin Dzeko Green Light To Sign 2 Year Deal With Inter, Italian Media Report

Edin Dzeko looks to be close to a move to Inter, with the Bosnian’s current club Roma ready to allow him to make the switch and join the Nerazzurri on a two-year deal.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport who report that there is an agreement in place with the 35-year-old for a contract worth €6 million per season, and that the Giallorossi will not stand in the way of him leaving.

The Nerazzurri have stepped up their search for striker significantly in recent weeks, with the club needing to find a replacement for Romelu Lukaku who looks set for a Chelsea move, and they have rapidly made progress on Dzeko’s arrival.

A meeting will be held today in which the striker could finalize his move to the Giuseppe Meazza, where he will wear the Number 9 shirt vacated by the Belgian, with all agreements looking to be close.
