Inter will make Lazio an offer of €30 million for striker Joaquin Correa, which the Biancocelesti can take or leave.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper la Repubblica, who report that the Nerazzurri are confident of landing the Argentine soon.

Correa has now emerged as a top attacking target for Inter with head coach Simone Inzaghi wanting a reunion with the 26-year-old and confident that he can integrate well with Edin Dzeko and Lautaro Martinez in the team, tactically speaking.

The Biancocelesti are still demanding €40 million for the 26-year-old, but the Nerazzurri believe that they will be willing to part with him for €30 million and are pressing for his signature at this fee.

Inter CEO Beppe Marotta is hoping to get the business done for the window soon, with Edin Dzeko’s arrival set to be confirmed tomorrow, and PSV’s Denzel Dumfries hoped to be signed by the end of the week, at which point Correa’s arrival will soon follow.
