Inter midfielder Radja Nainggolan has terminated his contract with the Nerazzurri by mutual consent.

This is confirmed by the club in a statement on their official site, which announces that the Belgian midfielder is no longer an Inter player after coming to an agreement with the club.

Nainggolan had been expected to depart from the club for much of the summer, but an talks have dragged on longer between the player, the Nerazzurri, and Cagliari, who he is expected to join.

However, the player’s time at Inter has finally come to an end, and he can now join the Rossoblu or any other club without the Nerazzurri’s involvement.

Nainggolan joined Inter in the summer of 2018, before going out on loan to Cagliari the following season, returning to the Giuseppe Meazza last summer before spending the second half of last season on loan with the Rossoblu once again.

The 33-year-old has made 41 appearances and scored seven goals in all competitions for Inter.
