Inter have signed young Italian goalkeeper Davide Biz from Serie B side Pordenone.

This is confirmed by an announcement on Pordenone’s official site, which notes that the teenager has made the switch to the Nerazzurri.

The Friulian club note that the youngster plays with a maturity beyond his very young age, which could make his acquisition a cause for optimism for Nerazzurri fans hoping that important players can come through the team’s youth sector.

Biz, the announcement notes, has received individual accolades and awards, including the Blue Devils Cup and the Gallini Cup, for the quality of his play at youth level.

There is still some way to go before Biz is likely to emerge in even the Primavera level let alone as a first-team player in senior football.

However, the talent he has already demonstrated with Pordenone suggest that he is one to keep an eye on as far as the future goes.
