Inter’s young Italian striker Andrea Pinamonti is on the verge of completing a loan move to newly promoted Serie A side Empoli.

This according to Italian media outlet L’Interista who report that Pinamonti has agreed terms with the Tuscan’s and is set to complete his move over the next few days.

There had been some doubt if Empoli were interested in completing the deal after having secured former AC Milan striker Patrick Cutrone yesterday.

However, it seems that coach Aurelio Andreazzoli is keen on playing them together up front in an interesting striker partnership with a red black and blue flavor.

The report continues that given Pinamonti’s high salary the Nerazzurri will most likely pay a large share of the player’s wages.

Pinamonti came up through the youth ranks at Inter but has featured 15 times for the Nerazzurri first team scoring the one goal, this past season under Antonio Conte.
