Inter CEO Beppe Marrotta Receives Praise For Handling The Club’s Difficult Summer, Italian Media Report

The CEO of Inter has received praise from sections of the Italian media for his handling of what has been an extremely difficult summer for Inter and its fans, according to a report in the Italian print media.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Beppe Marotta has made the best of a bad situation at Inter where saving and raising money was the major priority all summer long.

One of the decisions that Beppe Marotta has been credited with is appointing Simone Inzaghi when Antonio Conte suddenly left the club. This was clever because the two managers play the same system so Beppe Marotta knew it would not upset the rhythm of the team quote so much.

He has also managed to now replace Achraf Hakimi with Denzel Dumfries for a low transfer fee which is about as good a solution as anyone could have hoped for at Inter.

The signings of Hakan Calhanoglu and Edin Dzeko are also commendable.
