Inter now know the three players that they must choose from if they are to sign another forward to help Simone Inzaghi cope with the loss of Romelu Lukaku to Chelsea, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by the Roman newspaper Corriere dello Sport, three important Serie A strikers are being regularly discussed by the Inter hierarchy to see who should be signed next, after completing the signing of Edin Dzeko from AS Roma.

The three players are Napoli’s Lorenzo Insigne, Atalanta’s Duvan Zapata, and Lazio’s Joaquin Correa. Of those three, the least likely to sign this summer is Lorenzo Insigne as the fee that Aurelio De Laurentiis wants is too high.

Inter may come back for him on a free transfer next summer or even January, but for now they either need to find an agreement with Atalanta for the Colombian or give Lazio €30 million for Joaquin Correa.
