Nahitan Nandez’s chances of moving to Inter this summer seem to have totally faded aay as it has become clear that Inter will only sign one more player this summer, which will be a striker, according to a report in the Italian print media.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport, Inter have to address the most important weakness left in their squad which is the lack of quality and depth in attack following Romelu Lukaku’s sale.

The players left include Alexis Sanchez who’s fitness cannot be trusted, Lautaro Martinez, the new but ageing striker of Edin Dzeko, and then young Uruguayan player Martin Satriano.

Nahitan Nandez was going to be signed as a right-back who can also play in central midfield but the signing of Denzel Dumfries means he would only be required as midfield depth.

That would be useful for Inter but it is not as important as another striker.
