Inter could miss out on Lazio’s Joaquin Correa this summer, with several clubs in the Premier League also targeting the Argentine.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri could face competition from the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham, West Ham United, Everton, and Leicester City in their pursuit of the 26-year-old.

Correa is one of the top names on the Nerazzurri’s list of attackers to replace Romelu Lukaku, with head coach Simone Inzaghi in particular favouring a reunion with the player with whom he worked successfully for three seasons while in charge of the Biancocelesti.

The Argentine is expected to leave his current club, from whom he wants a move away, and who are ready to let him go, but who have received no major offers close to €30 million for him.

The Nerazzurri are still leading the chase for the striker should they make their move, but they would face competition from England as well.
