Lazio’s Joaquin Correa is Inter’s main target as they search for one more attacking arrival this summer following the departure of Romelu Lukaku.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who reported earlier today that the Argentine is the player who the Nerazzurri feel is the best fit as they look to rebuild for life without the Belgian.

The Nerazzurri are hoping to bring their search for a striker to a close with the end of the transfer window only a couple weeks away, and they have narrowed their scope down to only a few players.

Correa is the name they consider the most seriously, with the 26-year-old having enjoyed a successful working relationship with Inter Simone Inzaghi while the pair were at Lazio together.

The Biancocelesti are asking €40 million for the striker and it remains to be seen if the Nerazzurri can reach an agreement with them, but should they be able to him they consider him the best option.
