Young Inter midfielder Lucien Agoume is nearly all done the process of renewing his contract with the Nerazzurri, and will likely soon be sent out on loan to Ligue 1 side Saint-Etienne.

This according to Italian news outlet L’Interista, who report that the Frenchman is set to be bound for a loan move to Ligue 1 once he has had his future with the Nerazzurri confirmed.

Agoume returned to Inter this summer from a loan spell with Spezia, and the club have been considering his immediate future with a stay in the first team not ruled out but a loan move away the most likely possibility.

The priority has been finding the 19-year-old a destination where he will play regularly and get the opportunity to gain experience and improve his game, and Saint-Etienne look to be the club who will offer him this.

Once his contract extension is signed, it looks like Agoume is bound for France to develop outside of Serie A.
