English side Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Inter target Nahitan Nandez from Cagliari this summer.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report late last night that the Premier League outfit have made contact with the Rossoblu over the availability of the Uruguayan, who wants to leave his current club.

Nandez had been a major target for the Nerazzurri who saw him as a possible option to replace Achraf Hakimi on the right, but with PSV’s Denzel Dumfries having been signed instead they have eased up on their pursuit.

The player, however, is still determined to make a move away from Sardinia, and has been pressing for a move to Inter, still his preferred destination.

Inter are still interested in the 25-year-old but will not prioritize his signing, and with Spurs serious about their interest in him they could represent another way out of his club this summer.
