Inter are still pursuing Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic, and should an agreement be found with his current club he could be brought in on loan with a purchase option.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that Nerazzurri Sporting Director Piero Ausilio is a fan of the Serb and that the player would be amenable to a move ahead of other possible destinations, should an agreement be reached between clubs.

The Nerazzurri’s search for a striker is in full swing, and while Atalanta’s Duvan Zapata and Lazio’s Joaquin Correa are the names most closely followed by the club, signing Jovic instead is a real possibility should the operation prove feasible.

The 23-year-old currently earns a net of €4.8 million per season, but should Real agree to pay a sufficient portion of his salary for the duration of his loan, an agreement for a loan with an option to buy him permanently could be found.
