Napoli head coach Luciano Spalletti would like a reunion with Inter players Danilo D’Ambrosio and Marias Vecino next season.

This according to Rai Radio transfer market expert Ciro Venerato, who reported on air that the Partneopei could sign the Inter duo at the behest of their newly-appointed manager, who worked with both players in his two years in charge of the Nerazzurri.

Vecino was signed from Fiorentina in the summer of 2017, the same summer that Spalletti arrived from Roma, while D’Ambrosio had already been an Inter player for several seasons.

Spalletti is seeking experienced options who he trusts for his Napoli project and could turn to either or both Inter players in order to strengthen his team for next season.

It remains to be seen if the Nerazzurri would be willing to deal for the pair, or if the player would consider agreeing to a move to play under the Italian tactician once again.
