Inter midfielder Arturo Vidal has rejected an offer from MLS club Inter Miami, but the US side are still trying to convince him to make the switch.

This according to today’s print edition of Chilean newspaper La Tercera, who report that the MLS outfit are still hopeful of signing the Chilean, and could also come back in for him in January should they fail this summer.

Inter Miami are one of the first clubs to show an interest in Vidal this summer who would not be prevented from signing the midfielder by the large salary which he currently earns with the Nerazzurri.

The US club have shown an interest in the 34-year-old in the past and are continually trying to persuade him on a move, so far with no luck.

Vidal wants to stay in Europe where he hopes to win the Champions League before his career is over, according to the report, and he is not yet ready to accept an offer from a club like Inter Miami.
