Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti is a target for a number of Serie A clubs, with four teams in particular still keen on bringing him in on loan before the transfer window shuts.

This according to Italian news outlet L’Interista, who report that Cagliari are in pole position to loan in the 22-year-old for next season but that Empoli, Hellas Verona, and Torino are also chasing his signature.

Pinamonti has been expected to depart from the Nerazzurri for much of the summer, with the striker having been out of favour under Antonio Conte and also not in the plans of new head coach Simone Inzaghi.

As of yet the club are still looking for a new destination for him for next season, but the final stage of the race for his signature is beginning to take shape.

Pinamonti will depart on loan before the end of the window, though it still remains to be seen which club ultimately completes a deal for him with several still interested.
