Inter are ready to move for Borussia Monchengladbach forward Marcus Thuram, with the club preparing to make their initial approach to his club.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri will move swiftly and test the waters with the German club on the feasibility of signing the 24-year-old.

Thuram has emerged as a serious target for the Nerazzurri as they look to bring in one more attacking reinforcement before the transfer window shuts, with the Frenchman thought to have the right profile to complete their attack.

The club are prepared to spend around €30-35 million on a striker, and they will look to see if Thuram can be brought in while staying within budget.

Edin Dzeko has already arrived this summer and the club are looking to quickly settle on one more signing, and they will soon have a clear idea as to whether Thuram can be a possible arrival.
