Young Inter midfielder Elvis Lindqvist has made the switch to Torino’s youth sector on loan for next season.

This is confirmed by the Granata in a post on their official Twitter account, where they announce that the 19-year-old joins their Primavera team on loan with an option to buy.

The Swedish midfielder joined the Nerazzurri’s youth sector from the academy of Swedish side Hacken in the summer of 2019, and has appeared for the Under-18 and Under-19 sides.

However, his time with Inter could be up, should the Granata decide to exercise the purchase option in his loan deal next summer and bring him in on a permanent basis.

The Swede made 17 appearances for the Primavera side last season under head coach Armando Madonna, and he will hope that his career can progress further at Torino and that he can begin to make the step up into the senior game with their team.
