Borussia Monchengladbach forward Marcus Thuram has become Inter’s main target in their search for an attacker before the end of the transfer window, and they are ready to make an offer worth €25 million for him.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri will put forward €20 million plus €5 million in add-ons to secure the French attacker.

Thuram emerged as a serious target for the Nerazzurri a few days ago, and it now appears that they are ready to go all-in on trying to bring him in.

The 24-year-old could be offered a deal worth €3.5-4 million net per season, a significant increase from the €2.5 million which he earns at his current club.

It remains to be seen how receptive Gladbach will be to Inter’s initial offer, but should the Bundesliga side be cooperative in negotiations then the signing of Thuram could be wrapped up soon.
