It is expected that 30,000 Inter fans will be present for the team’s opening Serie A fixture against Genoa at 18:30 CET this evening, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, there are some very specific rules that fans must follow in order to be a part of the game on Saturday night that will be Inter’s first since the coronavirus pandemic began.

All fans who attend the game must be in possession of a green pass which shows they have had at least one dose of the coronavirus vaccine at least 15 days before the day of the match against Genoa.

Another acceptable condition is for the fan to have recovered from the virus in the last six months.

A negative test within the last 48 hours before entering the stadium is also accepted in order to gain entry to the historic stadium.
