Lazio striker Joaquin Correa is much more keen on joining Inter than he is on joining Everton despite their interest, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media.

As has been reported by Sportitalia, a new meeting is being planned between the executives at Inter and the agent of Joaquin Correa in order to try and accelerate a deal for the Argentinian attacker.

Joaquin Correa has wanted to leave Lazio for the entirety of the summer but there has not been many formal bids made to Lazio, meaning he is still in Rome as the new Serie A season begins.

Inter need to reach the sum of around €30 million in order for Claudio Lotito to accept. It is in his interest to accept as he will not get as big a fee next summer for the player.

Everton are also interested in the player but he is more interested in Inter.
