The fact that Lazio also needs to enter the transfer market for new players could help Inter sign Joaquin Correa for a fee that is closest to their valuation rather than Lazio’s, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by FCInter1908, Lazio needs to sell Joaquin Correa as soon as possible because then they can reinvest the money in their own squad before the transfer window draws to a close at the end of August.

Lazio President Claudio Lotito is still seeking a deal worth around €35 million for the Argentine forward but Inter are currently planning to offer around €25 million for his services.

It is thought that Inter are fully aware they will have to raise their offer to €30 million if Lazio are to definitely part with the player but the gap between the two clubs is not very big and an agreement will likely be reached.
