Inter midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu made an unusual piece of history during the club’s 4-0 win over Genoa on Saturday night by assisting and scoring on his debut for the Nerazzurri.

As has been pointed out by OptaPaolo, he is the player to score and assist on his Serie A debut with Inter since Zlatan Ibrahimovic did the same thing back in 2006 against Fiorentina.

Hakan Calhanoglu set up Inter’s opening goal and added the second to cap off a perfect start.
